This plant includes industrial features (ovens, chimneys, storage houses, machines halls, etc) as well as a wharf and lodgings for the workers. In 1912, new extensions were planed and built again in reinforced concrete. Another cement plant was working in the area at Eski Issar [Eski Hisar] and its extensions were made by the Hennebique Company.
